"Experimental Synthwave Drums" features 100 One-Shot Drum Sounds - all recorded from the classic TR-505 drum machine.

The 505 is one of the most used drum machines in Synthwave music, so to keep these samples from sounding too ordinary, I used some really sweet new school hardware gear to process and record them - focusing on adding more character and uniqueness to these drums!

I used the Eventide H90 pedal and the Enjoy Electronics Godfather audio processor heavily in the recording process and also used the SP404MKII to help shape a few of these sounds as well.

After recording, further EQ and processing has been applied in Ableton Live, and then final edited in Soundforge to help get these drums as ready-to-use as possible. These drums are crisp!
