Big ups Crew! I’m the one they call Poynt Too, bringing this LXR presets pack to you!

I have spent the last 2 and a half months working on this and I can confidently say that I gave it my all!

The reason I wanted to make this pack is because when looking around for some inspiration for the LXR, I found very few things aimed towards Drum and Bass, Techno and Hip Hop drums and sounds.

So I decided to create a bank of sounds that I think would help any DAWless Jammer begin a banging track.

These drums are hard and punchy, so they will sit well in the mix. If you are more into sound design and exploration, then these sounds are interesting and unique, so perfect for sampling for ear candies or drum one shots.

I have meticulously worked to get a nice clean, punchy, dynamic sound. A lot of the patches utilize the Sample Rate function, so they are really unique to this machine. They help let the LXR’s character shine through.

I had no intentions of trying to replicate older drum machines, these are sounds that are fresh and unique to the LXR.

My advice once installing this pack is to duplicate the project folders on the SD card and then alter the new, copied projects rather than the original projects. This way you can alter the sounds and patterns to really make them your own sound and vibe and not have to overwrite the originals.

I have created a Kit for each Pattern, but I highly encourage experimenting with different kits and patterns as they all work well no matter what the combination is.
